Conditions

The general terms and conditions (GTC) regulate the legal relationship between the landlord and the tenant. They contain, among other things, regulations on booking conditions, cancellations, payments and liability. It is important to read the GTC carefully, as they set out the conditions under which the holiday apartment is rented. For legal certainty, we recommend having the GTC checked by a legal expert.
